Signal Simulation Products
Spectro-Flux Engineering designs, manufactures and supplies a wide range of Signal Simulators used for the functional testing and simulation of 4~20mA Analog Inputs, Thermocouple, RTD, Pulse Inputs, Digital Inputs, Digital Outputs or Analog Outputs of a Digital Control System / Data Acquisition system such as a PLC or DCS.
The Simulators are assembled on Printed Circuit Boards, using highly reliable electronic components, integrated into industrial quality enclosures. DB25 terminals have been provided for output connections. Suitable pre-fabricated multi-core cables could be supplied as optional accessories to interface with standard terminal blocks of the I/O cards . The boxes could be kept on table top or mounted on 19" industrial racks. The compact simulator models could be stacked one above the other to form a combo-simulator of one's choice. SFE also supplies a pedestal on wheels to setup a portable simulator kit . We also manufacture custom-built products according to customer specifications.
